A coaching business is a service-focused business which tailors its offerings to the specific needs of the clients. Coaching allows you to interact one-on-one or in small groups to help guide people through a process, assess their needs, overcome their obstacles, or set and reach their goals. Coaching can range from business-focused to life coaching to more specifics like fitness, spiritual or parenting.
Your coaching business could consist of just you, or you could expand it to include multiple coaches if you choose. Coaching is not as automatable as many of the other online business models, with the exception of pre-recorded coaching classes – combining this coaching business with the Course Creation model. An online coach can still ‘work from anywhere’ as long as there is reliable internet. This business can be customized to your area(s) of expertise, and could include one or multiple niches.
